Six ships · Six modes · Free on iOS
StarFall Arena
A star came apart here. Nobody cleaned it up — they built a sport in the wreckage.
Fast, readable, top-down space combat built for the phone in your pocket. Six ships, six modes, two-minute matches — solo against bots or online with friends.
What is StarFall Arena?
StarFall Arena is a free top-down multiplayer space shooter for iPhone and iPad. Matches last two to five minutes and support 2 to 12 pilots across six modes, played solo against AI or online with friends. There are no upgrades to grind and no stat boosts to buy — every one of the six ships is viable from the first match.
The lobby asks you for two things and then gets out of the way: a mode and a length. Quick is first to 5 kills over 2 minutes, Standard is first to 15 over 5. Nothing carries between matches, which means there is never a wrong moment to stop playing — and no reason not to start one more. How a match works →
Why it plays the way it does
Three rules
Readable beats flashy
The whole arena fits on one minimap. Every hit points back at whoever fired it. No effect is ever allowed to hide the thing that caused it.
Every ability has a counter
Turrets, mines and beacons can all be shot. The cloak has to drop to fire. Nothing in the roster is a problem you simply wait out.
No grind, and nothing to buy
No upgrades, no stat boosts, no battle pass, no ads. The difference between two Interceptors is the two people flying them.
Six ways to fight
Game modes
Same arena, six different arguments about what winning means — kills, ground, a flag, a ball, or simply being the last one flying.

Six signature abilities
Ships
Every deployable can be destroyed, every ability has a counter, and every hull is viable. The difference between ships is what they do, not how strong they are.
The play space
One bowl of rock, and it matters
Eighty-four units across, small enough to read at a glance and large enough that crossing it costs you something. The cover is destructible, the rocks are identical on every device in the match, and bolts sweep their whole path each tick — so an asteroid is a wall rather than a suggestion.
The setting · The StarFall Circuit
When the star went, it left its furniture behind: rock, hull plate, and station blocks still holding their shape in slow orbits nobody bothered to chart. The Circuit found a use for that. Clamp a containment ring around a few hundred metres of the debris, put six hulls inside it, and sell tickets. The cover was already there. Nobody had to build a thing.
Every ring holds a pattern of each hull inside it. Lose yours and the net reassembles you at a node a few seconds later, minus whatever you were carrying. Pilots take fights out here they would never take in open space, and the Circuit knows exactly what it is selling. Ashfall is the one format run with the net switched off.
Hold it either way
Does StarFall Arena play in landscape?
Yes. Turn the phone sideways during a match and the HUD re-anchors — wider view of the arena, thumbs at the edges. Menus stay portrait; the arena is the part worth holding sideways.
